ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: At the intersection between Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Research, Business Development Managers and users, the Senior Product Designer's path lies between all these stakeholders. The aim is to offer a curated solution to the customer needs while considering business goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO:Leads the design of one of our products. Oversees and manages customer research and usability studies. Monitors and improves the work with engineers to provide product specs and assets. Works with other designers to conceptualize and iterate on designs. Designs mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces. Offers a strong product and design voice within their product groups. Works with the Design Manager to establish design needs and achieves consistency across product portfolios. Connects product and design resolving any intersections of cross-team work. Collaborates with cross functional partners. Evangelises the concept of design-led products. QualificationsEXPERIENCE:6+ years of experience designing digital products & services as part of a multidisciplinary Agile teamHigh Figma knowledge including use of components, tokens, best practices for scalability, performance, and prototyping. Experience in wireframing, diagramming, and simplifying processes. Experience in influencing process change and optimization in the context of UX in the development process. Knowledge of various Design tools and techniques for visualizing and planning and communicating design concepts. Experience of UX deliverables such as Personas, User Journey Maps, Site maps, Prototypes, Wireframes, Design Systems, Usability Reports and Research reports as documents, and presentations.
