Your primary initiative will be to build a chat-based AI agent for querying structured data, leveraging LLMs. The role will initially be very hands-on and requires deep knowledge of working with structured data and LLMs. You will be given lots of freedom to run with this project, and will eventually be expected to build a team. You will also be expected to source new data products that can be further integrated and enhance the overall experience.You will work across the firm to sync the teams responsible for building and integrating the new system into a larger productivity platform. Your responsibilities will include research and validation, specification of new features, ensuring the timely delivery of various projects and reporting progress to key stakeholders. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and will interact with multiple departments on a daily basis including operations, engineering, ML, QA, design teams, and internal stakeholders.What you Need to Succeed5+ years experience leading a product team delivering technology solutionsStrong technical background, with the ability to be self-sufficientExpertise in SQL and relational databasesExperience with LLMs and strong knowledge of prompt engineeringExperience work with third-party content providers to source new dataHands-on experience in software development and data analysis technologiesExperience working with and reporting to senior managementStrong working knowledge of Agile methodologies including ScrumStrong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demandsComfort with quickly changing priorities and a high level of adaptability and flexibilityAbility to clearly document findings and summarize discussionsExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally is a must.
