We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to manage the data & rating strategy for the Vonage API platform for both external and internal consumption.

As part of the Vonage team, you will deliver groundbreaking platform products and features to drive the adoption of our CPaaS Platform across the globe.
You will be providing the vision and strategy for key areas of the Vonage API Platform and working cross functionally to achieve your vision.

What you will do
Responsibilities : Formulate the strategy, concepts, product requirements and use cases for data and rating management across the business including data, rating architecture, privacy and localizationManage the roadmap of internal pricing & rating tools and data structure including mediation, real-time rating, CDR standardization and bring uniformity across different legacy data pipelinesManage the Roadmap and lifecycle of customer-facing analytics & metrics Products, including their the Go-To-Market and commercial propositionsWork with other Product Managers, BI, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance & Legal to define their data & pricing dependencies through analytics, CDRs / UDRs and data aggregatesPlan and deliver on the real-time rating architecture including :ScalabilityRegionalisationSupporting toolsWork with Engineering to oversee the delivery of new features and productsIntegrate user and customer feedback and performance metrics continuously into plansUnderstand the competitive landscape and how platform capabilities can enable Vonage to differentiate from its competitionWhat you will bring Experience with real-time rating platforms of high-volume transactionsExperience building API products or using APIs as a developerKnowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRM, Analytics, Campaign Mgt, CollaborationKnowledge of key data technologies including : Kibana, Kafka, Elasticsearch, GDS, AWS S3Excellent at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to communicate with simplicity, precision, and empathyExperience with Agile methodologies & tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)Experience using Jira, Confluence and project management toolsWhat is required for application
Required Computer Science degree or similar technical qualificationsMinimum 5+ years experience in a relevant sector and functionMinimum 5+ years of Product Management experienceExperience in the delivery of complex real-time rating solutions applied to high-volume transaction industries like telco, financial, SaaSPrevious software development experience at some point in your careerExperience building API products or using APIs as a developerPreferred Masters Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
