Production Planner, focused on longer-term Integrated Business Planning.
For Production Planning you efficiently manage production costs by developing the plans for paints/coatings production sites. This involves, for example, batch size settings and tactical shift planning as you meet customer demand.
Job Responsibilities Preparing and facilitating/leading cross-functional meetings Leading and managing the implementation of local Continuous Improvement initiatives Maintaining good working relations with the stakeholders and creating the conditions for collaborative teamwork Supporting the onboarding, coaching and development of junior planners Act as backup for the Planning Manager during absence. Requirements Master's degree in Supply Chain or Operations, or a Master that is closely related to the supply chain At least 3-4 years of supply planning experience in FMCG, Paint/Coatings or similar business. An open-minded and flexible approach necessary to learn and succeed within our dynamic, multicultural environment Experience on IBP processes, Advanced Supply Planning tools Project and change management skills Fluent in written and spoken English, with any other major European languages an advantage.
