Scope Management -Assuring SoW is covered
-Identify and agree the clear boundaries of the project,
-Identify and agree deliverables including the approval / sign-off process.
-Direct tasks and work packages internally
-Escalation point for clients and internal teams
-Identify out of scope tasks and move them into the CR process
-CR and Opportunity Management
-Ensure go-live readiness
-Assure hyper care and hand-over to maintenance
Resource Management -Address any staffing requirement to staffing management
-Identify skills and expertise needs
Schedule Management -Schedule all project activities and align with customer
-Implement or choose project life-cycle method
-Monitor progress, and adapt schedule where and if required
-Prioritizing work and maintaining the backlog
-Leading any client related task and action
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) -Monitor, manage and foster strong customer relationship
-Ensure client satisfaction
-Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
-Proactively communicate with customers on progress / challenges
Stakeholder & Communication Management
-Interface with all internal and external SD Worx Partners (MPS, IMP, Staffing, global AMO, Sales, AMS internally, suppliers)
-Manage transition from project to run
-Manage client and top-management reporting (functional and financials in sdworx internal dashboards)
-Drive process improvement within the Global PMO
Risk & Opportunity Management
-Manage issues and risks
-Manage escalations
-Identify opportunities and align with internal sdworx stakeholders
Financial Management / Procurement Management
-Responsible for client financial management as contracted and additional services:
-Budget (contracted revenue)
-Actuals (invoicing, accruals)
-Costs (planned costs)
-Forecast (rolling forecast)
-Invoicing (initiate and assure timely invoicing)
-Manages 3rd party invoices and approves them
Quality management
-Determine and implement project quality control processes
-Determine test-strategy and test-plan
-Execute quality assurance and control
-Assure project is executed to industry standard(s)
