Senior Purchasing Specialist. Epc Projects

The main functions and responsabilities to develop are the following:-Ensure compliance with directives and corporate/project procedures.-Commercial management of the assigned purchases and purchase orders.-Supplier and bidder evaluation and selection.-Launch of Requests for quotation and expediting timely receipt of bids.-Evaluation, clarification and negotiation of sound bids.-Issue of final Commercial Tabulation and recommendation.-Preparing of award proposals.-Issue and follow-up of approved Purchase Orders, including changes and final close out.-Participate in kick-off meetings and solve commercial issues during PO execution.-Internal expediting and close coordination with other departments and project.-Provision of related reports and status.We require at least 3 years experience in the position related to industrial/engineering equipments and components and a fluent level of english is a must.
