.About the roleAs a Quality technician at Storio Group you will Supervise and monitor production processesby checking for correct product and process quality, ensuring that all processes areexecuted safely, supporting, advising, and training employees and also contributing to thecreation, implementation and maintenance of various control tools to ensure stableproduction quality. You will work closely with the quality technicians, production,maintenance and process improvement.Primary Responsabilities Control and monitor product specifications, processes and incomingmaterials/products to be printed to ensure stable output quality.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with production to drive thedevelopment, implementation, and validation of initiatives aimed at enhancing theQuality Management System (QMS) and improvements in the shopfloor.Support and validate improvements in the production lines.Manage the QMS implementation within the operations function.Coach, mentor and inspire colleagues, instilling a quality-first mindset.Conduct internal and external audits, reporting and addressing findings in alignmentwith the QMS.Report metrics and project updates to the quality manager.Support and validate improvements in the packaging and new raw material.Create and maintenance the documentation relation with production and quality.Creation and maintenance of testing criteria and sampling plan for Q-Lab.Support the correct implementation of Change control system.Ensures the process of continuous improvement within all sections/productrelated, so customer complaints or internal production problems have beenreceived: verified that the problem actually exists, analysed the problemthrough databases or field studies, collected and analysed the necessaryinformation/data and taken action; checked whether the quality of the productsconforms to the CTQ (specifications) in response to customer complaints.Impact and Contributions The contributions of a quality engineer are essential for ensuring product quality,customer satisfaction, and organizational excellence. They play a vital role in drivingcontinuous improvement, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of quality withinthe organization. Experience and Attributes we'd like to see Bachelor (BSc) or Master degree in engineering discipline.Equivalent extensive experience in a similar mid/senior quality engineer role.Lead auditor (ISO 9001 or similar quality standard).Manufacturing or factory-based experience.Fluent in English both written & spoken.Report writing Problem solving e.G. 8D.Data analysis e.G. Pareto, Histogram.Project management tools e.G.
