The team concentrates on User Experience and Market Research to foster informed decision-making, discovering new market opportunities, assessing how our products stack up against competitors, guiding product development, and refining our current products to ensure they adhere to the highest usability and usefulness standards.This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as its main responsibility is to ensure our research projects run smoothly and efficiently. This Research Operations Coordinator sets high standards for our work, speeding up the research process without compromising quality, managing research tools effectively, simplifying the process of finding research participants, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations to protect personal data.
