We want companies and teams to work as effectively and inspired as possible. We pride ourselves in building a product which is easy and fun to use.On the backend we use the (second) latest versions of Rails, Postgres, Redis and Sidekiq. Our frontend is built with modern Javascript using React. We are hosted on AWS, using Kubernetes. We place a lot of importance on software quality, and have more than 95% test coverage, as well as dedicated refactoring time.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILLWe are looking for a Ruby on Rails Backend Engineer (all genders are welcome) to join one of our interdisciplinary product teams. Some of the challenges you will face:- Extend our existing technology stack based on informed decisions through your knowledge and performing proof of concepts.- Further develop our engineering principles and standards of clean code, efficiency, and maintainability.YOUR PROFILE- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker and Kubernetes is highly valued.- 1+ years working experience in Ruby and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails.
