Main responsabilities : Requirements analysis.Participate in the technical design of projects.Estimate effort in projects.Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and / or the client to contribute to the achievement of project objectives.Analyze and improve the performance of applications.Warn of possible technical risks in the project.Propose alternative solutions.Collaborate with technology providers when the project requires it.Documentation of processes and tracking of performance metrics for systems.Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.Train end users on the functionality developed in the project and the proper use of software programs.Implement the latest advances and technological solutions.Comply with the agreed-upon software quality standards set by Omega's technical management.Generate technical documentation for completed projects.Actively contribute to the training of other team members.Collaborate in the Omega community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.Evaluate and recommend products and systems that contribute to technological innovation.Mandatory Skills : At least 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce DeveloperExperience in developing complex solutions on Sales in SalesforceExperience in developing lightning components desired.Development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).Understanding of both DevOps / Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plusShould be able to work in a self managing way and should take Accountability of all assigned applicationsExcellent spoken and written English.Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.Any other Salesforce certification is a plusWHAT DO WE OFFER Permanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
