The ChallengeOneTrust is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our SE Center of Excellence (CoE) team. Your primary objective will be to scale and replicate successful strategies from our internal teams, empowering our field organization to secure more customers. Our team has a keen focus on driving efficiency and performance enhancements across various operational and financial metrics. You will play a crucial role in shaping a growing organization and cement further our position as the strategic backbone of our field organization. This is a highly visible role that will work directly with the Director, Global SE CoE but will work daily with the whole CoE team and other senior leadership across departments. Your MissionLead and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive enhancements in product demonstration techniques, competitive engagement strategies, and value selling approachesIdentify and lead the creation of new IP (best practices, tools, customer-facing collateral, etc.) to enhance the value proposition for customersCollaborate closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product team to identify improvement potential and develop innovative, replicable solutions to address themProvide strategic expertise and insights to senior leadership based on market trends, feedback, and competitive analysisContribute to other Sales Excellence initiatives focused on revenue enablement, process improvement, and cross-company growth initiativesYou AreA strong communicator and presenter, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and effectivelyA collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional partnerships, influencing key stakeholders at all levels and driving toward shared objectivesEmpathetic to customer needs, capable of pinpointing pain points and delivering tailored solutionsAmbitious and proactive, thriving in the dynamic environment of a high-growth companyEntrepreneurial with a hands-on mentality, taking ownership of key decisions and their executionStrategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving business growthFluent in English, with proficiency in another language preferredWilling to travel occasionally, as neededYour Experience Includes5+ years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering, Management Consulting, or a similar roleA Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or business field; advanced degree preferredA proven track record of successfully executing customer engagements throughout the customer journey, including discovery, product demonstrations, and proof projectsTangible experience within the software industry is advantageousStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with senior leadership and executivesDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectivelyIf interested, please apply using an English version of your CV.
