Senior Solutions Manager

We are HCLTech, one of the largest and fastest-growing technology and DSA companies in the world, with more than 224,000 professionals spread across 60 countries, driving progress through industry-leading resources centered on Digital, Engineering and Cloud.Roles and Responsibilities:Perform in-depth production incident (simple to high complexity) troubleshooting, resolve any production incident and monitor the fixes to ensure correct resolution.Deliver simple to complex enhancements within the agreed timeframe and with quality.Configure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and permanent solution.Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures.Able to perform on Incidents, Services Tasks, Change Management, Problem Management through whole lifecycle.Actively document new issues as a knowledge base.Partake in any Continuous Improvement initiatives on top of existing workload to further improve current processes within the organization or ClientFully comply with and adhere to all the standard AMS process & procedures that are developedExperience/Exposure:Candidates should have a strong understanding of software development, system administration, and data analysis to be successful.As a Senior Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of innovative solutions, setting up and maintaining systems, and providing technical support to internal and external customers.You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills:IMS (OSI-PI, Aspentech, Rockwell), C++, Web application (.Net, Java, etc), Access Control (Ronda, Senior, Suricato), LIMS (Labware & LabVantage).ITIL knowledge.Experience with Service Now, Jira and Agile.Experience working as a BA (L2/3) Support, resolving Tasks, Incidents and managing Change Requests.Experience working with and managing Vendors/third party applications.Good to have experience working in a multicultural environment.Knowledge about Network, Database and CloudApply Now Resume UploadResume Upload Resume Upload File Extension Allowed: Pdf, Doc, Docx | Max File Size: 2MB#J-18808-Ljbffr
