Job Description The candidate will be involved in the design, preparation and execution of operations of our satellites and payloads. This will include working with the real satellites and payloads, the preparation of procedures and telecommand batches, planning of operations, telemetry analysis She or he will also work closely with the on-board and mission control software teams to specify user and operational requirements and to participate in the software and system-level test campaigns. Position Tasks and Responsibilities The following tasks will be assigned to the candidate : Ongoing monitoring and operations planning of in-orbit LEO satellites and payloads. Design and preparation of operations for different missions Preparation of procedures and sequences for our satellite platforms and payloads Analysis of telemetry to monitor the health of constellations, satellites, payloads Preparation and execution of LEOP and Commissioning campaigns Preparation and execution of routinary and contingency operations Support to the final on-ground testing of the satellites Collaborate with the software team in developing and testing of new tools Evolution of the satellite operation manuals and procedures Collaborate with the system engineering team for new missions design and evolution of the satellite platforms Interact with customers and other stakeholders like launch providers, ground station networks The candidate may be responsible for specific subsystems, payloads or missions operations. Candidate qualifications and skills The candidate must have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software or equivalent engineering degree. The required experience and skills are : Knowledge of common spacecraft architecture and subsystems Some experience in LEO small satellites operations, design and / or AIV Knowledge of STK Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
