The Senior Specialist Internal Communications will facilitate, improve, and drive global internal communication measures, ensuring that the global workforce is informed and engaged. A job that matters: Your Tasks Content creation and planning for various global internal communication channels. Strategy communication: Plan, implement, and run internal communication activities around our Shape4Growth strategy and transformation program. Translate topics around our transformation into communication concepts and formats. Employee engagement: Drive and implement new global employee engagement measures to improve employee engagement. Leadership communication: Organization and preparation of various leadership formats Consultant to global business for internal communication activities. Networking: Establish and maintain a broad global network to foster internal communications and gather stories. An experience that matters: Your Skills Degree in communications, journalism, or similar related studies. Proven track record in international internal communications, change management, and experience with employee engagement. Ideally, additional experience working in a communication agency. 5 to 7 years of related work experience. High affinity for journalistic writing and for managing digital channels, including knowledge in the use of content management systems and editorial planning tools. Proficient in the use of video communication formats as well as internal social media applications Ability to conceptually bring communication ideas closer to the respective target group through the right channel and in the right communication style. High PowerPoint proficiency; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign beneficial Excellent editorial skills in English, business fluency in German would be an additional asset.
