You look for and expectA dynamic environment within CS&Q, working closely with BCF factory, as well as the Europe execution team, Solutions Supply Chain, and suppliersA position with responsibilities and missions which will challenge your leadership to drive Quality Culture in the factory.Multiple and various contacts internally and externally for the best satisfaction of our customers,A function combining product, manufacturing, customer experience and application knowledgeWhat will you do?Your main missions will be:To lead the Customer Satisfaction and Quality activities for PREFAB BCF Factory in the European region specially ensuring the overall consistency of the quality management system within the BCF organization (plant, engineering, commissioning, and project execution) and managing the suppliers data base.Senior Supplier Quality EngineerSupplier ManagementLead the evaluation and validation of 3rd party integrators suppliers together with Solutions Supply Chain to ensure that are approved by the SAM Process.Monitor and control the performance of the supplier's performance, performing the required QCs.Management of the suppliers through the project live cycle together with the Project Management team.Support Suppliers to drive the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement.Lead problem resolution (PRB) with the suppliers when PREFAB Business is accountable, ensuring efficient execution and good KPI.Define Annual Audit Plan with Solutions Supply Chain based on the Sales/tendering needs and pipeline as well as monitor the corrective actions defined per the audits (Supplier Quality improvement Plan).Collaborate with the Project Quality Lead to define proper expectations and standards per project technical requirements and Customer specifications.
