What You Will DoReporting to 31 st Union's Senior Manager of HR, you will partner with the 2K Talent team's Talent Acquisition Manager to help the studio grow its talented team, focusing on building robust, targeted, and diverse pipelines of talent. Partnering with hiring managers, you will build structured interview plans and processes, develop a sourcing strategy, pipeline, screen, and ultimately drive the end-to-end hiring program for your internal client groups.
