We are looking for creative minds that are passionate about digital innovation and excited to change financial services for the better using technology.**Your mission**:- As a Technical Writer our will help scale our Support & Training team along with the rest of the product and engineering organisation.**Requirements**:- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process- Excellent written and verbal technical and personal communication skills in English and Spanish- 5+ years of experience in similar roles- Ability to produce documentation that is well-structured and well-written- Adept at communicating technical concepts clearly and precisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders- Very strong analytical skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities- Proficient in HTML and Markdown- Conversant with Git and JIRA- Experience in Agile methodologies- Able to quickly iterate and improve- A desire to learn and grow - getting stuck into new projects and learning new technologies- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills- Experience working in/with the banking, insurance or FinTech industry is preferred**Key responsibilities**:- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements- Produce easy-to-read documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience- Document new product features and APIs- Document standards, guidelines, and best practices for engineers and back office specialists- Organise documentation and make it easily discoverable- Maintain content quality through curation and content performance analysis- Create visual schemas and other media resources for the documentation- Implementing new ways to deliver, author, analyse, and interact with technical content**Benefits**:- Our engineering team is based in Madrid, all operating functions are based in the heart of the City in London.
