Senior Technology Strategist (m/f/d) in Technology Architecture & InnovationAs a Technology Strategist, you are responsible for shaping and driving our global technology strategy and strategic architecture of core business platforms, contributing to our vision as a technology-driven insurer. Influencing the overarching way we at Allianz do global business, you will be closely working with technology experts, IT architects, business sponsors and product owners.
You will: Contribute to defining the technology vision and strategy for Allianz Group and assume responsibility for the definition of principles, standards, and technologies that support the implementation of that strategy.Partner with business and technology subject-matter experts to translate business requirements into the technological vision, and to ensure Allianz develops the capabilities to enable the businessAct as principal Enterprise Architect for selected core business platforms, and closely work with solution architecture and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment of design and development.Create heatmaps, roadmaps, and KPIs to prioritize and to structure Allianz' technology transformation.Conduct research and analysis as well as coordinate case studies and pilots around prospective technologies in order to trial new capabilities as defined in the technology roadmap.Prepare and deliver architecture and technology briefings, including presentations, talks and white papersWork across the company to drive adoption of technical standards, design principles, and architecture methodologiesProvide technical guidance and mentoring to other architects and engineersTravel for meetings, technical reviews, and other onsite activitiesAt least 10-15 years of relevant working experience in platform architecture, strategic andsolution IT architecture, IT strategy, or platform deliveryMs or Phd degree in Computer Science or related technical fieldDemonstrated experience in a technology strategy, IT strategy or similar role within a largeenterprise environment or consulting engagement, preferably with exposure todevelopment of technology strategy, architecture principles and policies, and roadmapsDemonstrated business and technology transformation experience across a wide range ofindustries and organizationsExcellent proficiency in overarching product or platform architecture, preferably throughEnterprise Architecture or solution architecture experience in a large-scale platform orproduct contextHighly developed written and verbal communication skills targeted at a diverse audience,with an emphasis on the ability to influence effectively with internal and externalstakeholdersAbility to quickly learn, understand, and work with technologies, methodologies, andsolutions in the technology and IT architecture space, and communicate to technical andnon-technical audiencesWork experience in a highly diverse, international environmentPrevious experience in business related functions (e.i.
