Hands on colleague performing manual execution of functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing and UAT as well as automated tests with the Dev TeamsPerform software testing based on business timelines and sprint schedulesCreate test scripts, execute tests, and prepare and present reports and metrics to management and development partnersPartner with Development teams to help reproduce and diagnose issues and to continuously improve our testing approach and setupCollaboration with the Quality Management Team to manage the software release process and prepare technical documentationImmerse yourself into the TKE B2B world, understand our Hardware and Software solutions and take an end-to-end viewBe an advocate for our customers/users and make sure in a pragmatic/hands on way that the solutions workBe a team player, bringing development, business, process know how, design and other competencies togetherBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, SW development or alikeOver 8 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assuranceProven expertise in unit tests, performance testing, load testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testingExperience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plusSolid knowledge of testing tools and frameworksProficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automationExperience in working with DevTeams and Product Teams (PO, designer, devs) and with Microsoft Azure technologyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailTarget-group appropriate communication and collaboration skills & team playerProficient English communication skills, both written and spokenSecure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation packageSocial benefits and an attractive work calendar.Teamwork & safety – an open, transparent, and value-oriented cultureIndividualized training plan from your very first day.TK Elevator is a company with an open, transparent culture that focuses on the people who make it up.
