ABOUT THE ROLEThe key responsibilities are:Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including Local File and Master File, in compliance with OECD guidelines and regulationsEnsure timely and accurate compliance with transfer pricing regulations by collecting contemporaneous evidence and performing/reviewing transfer pricing calculations according to established policiesAssist in managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations, including overseeing management fee rechargesPrepare, review and coordinate with other teams to ensure intercompany contracts are accurately drafted and kept up-to-dateOrganize data from the company's various database repositories to create and refresh financial and transfer pricing modelsEngage proactively with stakeholders from different teams, including Treasury and Legal, and various locations to gather necessary information required for transfer pricing purposesABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in transfer pricing or related fieldStrong understanding of OECD guidelines and local transfer pricing regulationsProficient in financial modeling and data analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBENEFITS & PERKSAttractive compensation package including base salary and Fever's share plan (if applicable)Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader40% discount on all Fever events and experiencesWork in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our marketsHome office friendlyResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!Health insurance and other benefits such as flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through CobeeEnglish LessonsGympass membershipWe have free snacks, drinks and fruit at the office!Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by PayflowThank you for considering joining Fever.
