.SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGERWorking with the wider Project Management team, the Senior Delivery Manager is the main point of contact for the onboarding and relationship management of Market Research clients for IQVIA Translation Services Project Management TeamClient Relationship Management :Act as main point of contact for Market Research clients to manage their requirements plus any escalations or issues that may arise.Serve as the subject matter expert on Market Research Translation projects, supporting and advising clients / project managers with solutions and best practicesOnboarding new Market Research clients and .Join Sales and Account management teams in client meetingsWork in collaboration with account management and sales teams in relationships with clients globally, devising solutions to meet client needsMaintain a pipeline of upcoming studies to assist with resource planningProvide quotations, determining areas of improvementProject Management :Manage multiple translation and localization projects at any one time from receipt to completionLiaise with the client to assess and agree project parameters and requirementsManage client accounts, assigning projects internally within the PM team whilst ensuring client needs are metAssess project scope to select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines effectivelyMonitor and manage the status of assigned projects to effectively anticipate and prevent issuesPrepare and maintain project documentation and informationUnderstand and adhere to the Quality Management SystemComply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures and SOPsWork with Team Leads to help in the training and development staff for Market Research translation projectsAssist in the maintenance of linguistic assets including glossaries and style guidesEnsure that high quality is maintained for all projects through QA checksRequirements :Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Project Management in the Language Services industry, with minimum of 2 years' additional experience working within Client Services in the Market Research Translation sectorSpecialist in Market Research Translation Services with extensive knowledge of both Qual and Quant services
