To succeed at Orca, you must be energetic, highly organized, and hard-working.What You'll Do ProductConduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors.Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas.Design elegant, intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and product vision.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.Ecom & MarketingDesign visual assets to support campaigns.Design and creation of visual assets to drive our email marketing and social strategyThis role is a hybrid/on-premise role at our Madrid or Oslo office.The startup nature of the team provides many different opportunities for you to make an impact, and develop yourself.What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer for a consumer app.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Dedicated and ethical approach.How we work We are on a mission to disrupt the marine industry led by global companies such as Garmin and Navico.
