Our team is in rapid expansion, and we are currently looking for a ?? Service Delivery Specialist to support with the planning, technical implementation, delivery and support of Flexidao's Software-as-a-Service solution for its Fortune1000 clients as well as H2020 R&D projects.
Role Overview We're looking for a full-time Service Delivery Intern to provide the best user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed our customer demands. You will be joining the Product team, working hand in hand with the Service Delivery Lead.
As a Service Delivery Intern you will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.
??Your Challenge Assist in the management of all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all product/technical, quality and business targets are met Client's projects R&D projects (i.e Horizon 2020) Carry out daily project related activities including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and coordination with teams across the business. Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements Identifying, analyzing, and addressing project risks and business outcomes, with the regular sharing of lessons learned. Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal workshops, etc. ??Must-haves Bachelor's or Master's degree (B. S., M.S.) in Energy Markets/Engineering/Sustainability or relevant field Knowledge in Project Management Be comfortable using the Atlassian Suite of applications (Confluence, Jira) Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box Customer-oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills. Very fluent in English ??Nice to have Fluent in other European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc) Master's degree related to renewable energy.
