Identify business needs and requirements for the segment within His/her entity. Develop together with the Category Managers his/her entity strategy and action plan including Global and local actions. Aligned with key stakeholders. Execute and implement the plan and manage contracts. Participate in or lead purchasing segment teams or specific actions.2. Actively collaborate with Global Purchasing, especially with the Category Managers to integrate the maximum of savings and value from the global actions into his/her entity. Support and lead both local and global process changes. Participate in or lead purchasing segment teams or specific actions.3. Analysing scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing negotiation recommendations to prepare for negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate) and to initiate appropriate measures.4. Manage post contract supplier relationships for all local suppliers and assure the local supplier relationships in coordination with the Category Managers for Global Key Suppliers. Maintain regular contacts with interface partners to recognize development (in market, demand, etc.)5. Identify & evaluate potential future suppliers.6. Manage and monitor P2P (Purchase to Pay) compliancy within the responsibility area with close communication and coordination with other Procurement members in the GBU and Country Finance's and Requestors.7. Communicate via the SAVINGS PIPELINE contribution of the P&L of His/her scope.8. Manage and keep up to date Procurement tools, such as contract repository data base or SharePoint space.9. Producing reports and statistics.Requisitos minimos:Education: University, engineering or business school, ideally with specialization in Purchasing.Degree: Bachelor or Master Degree.Requirements: 4-5 years' experience in a similar Procurement environment is required with a focus on subcontracting/services area (both IT and Indirect services):OExperienced on BtP with Good knowledge of procurement process and toolsOExperienced on Contract drafting with strong negotiation skills.OExperienced on Demand management.OExperienced on supporting Pre-sales Bids is a must,Native in Spanish and very fluent in English is mandatory.
