Rent-All is the leading company on the European market for the rental of lighting, sound, video, and rigging equipment for the entertainment industry. We are part of a business group with an international presence in sectors such as television and film, theatre and performing arts, concerts and festivals, as well as fairs and exhibitions.
Our head office is located in Bemmel (Netherlands), and we have operational offices in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain. For our new location in Barcelona (Spain), we are looking for a Team Leader to join our technical service team.
About the JobThe Service Team Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily work for the Service Team. You will plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity, and take responsibility to keep repair administration accurate. Together with your team of specialists you will take care of the technical condition of our rental material You will also carry out repairs, service and maintenance so the material can be delivered to our customers in perfect condition
What we are looking forSpecialized technician with a medium or higher diploma and/or equivalent professional experience;Supervisory and Team Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and supervise others;Demonstrable experience in maintaining professional Lighting & Rigging- or Audio- or Video- and ICT equipment;Organized and flexible individual who has a collaborative approach to working with others;High proficiency in Spanish. English at B2 or higher.
