Servicenow Engineer

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow engineer to support our IT Service Management Department. This role is responsible for the following tasks:• Implementing complex requirements based on user stories: design, develop and test solutions.• Supporting ServiceNow operations: Ticket handling, issue analysis, bug fixing, testing• Supporting story creation and refinement• Providing architectural guidance on implementation and aligning with the architect• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners and other developers to clarify requirements and identify way to improve user experience.• Identify and develop ways to improve the functionality offered in ServiceNow.• Teaching and supporting the technical development of more junior team members• Executing platform changes and release management, including conflict resolution• Improving current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training• Communicating relevant information to the team and exchanging knowledge• Creating documentation and manualsQualifications• Demonstrated minimum 4+ years configuring and developing the ServiceNow platform.o Must have significant experience with ITSM module, including CMDB.o Experience on additional SN modules as desirable knowledge (Discovery, ITBM, SAM Pro…)o Of advantage: Experience with SN mobile Apps and SN Virtual agento Certified ServiceNow career path• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent required• Thorough understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, REST, SOAP• Extensive experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, etc.• Preferred: Experience programming with Jelly• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM implementation best practices• Experience working in projects or organizations of large scale and global scope.• Experienced in using the Agile/Scrum methodology.• Knowledge of cloud-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture• Fluent in English (written and spoken)Nivel de antigüedad Intermedio Mid Full-stack Engineer (.NET, C#, and TypeScript) Zaragoza#J-18808-Ljbffr
