Workload: 100%Axpo, a leading Swiss energy company with a European focus, is seeking a dynamic and skilled ServiceNow Portal Product Owner to join our vibrant team at Axpo EMEA SL in Madrid. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the administration, governance, and management of our customer-facing portal features, including mobile app and email notifications. With a keen focus on user experience, you will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow portal, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.What you will do:Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the portal, focusing on the mobile app and email notifications.Collaborate with development teams to translate product requirements into functional solutions that exceed expectations.Conduct continuous user feedback analysis to deeply understand and meet user needs.Manage and prioritize change requests to enhance portal functionality and user experience.Develop user personas and conduct interviews to gain insights into user needs, promoting a user-centered design approach.Ensure portal compliance with governance policies and data protection regulations, maintaining security and reliability.Liaise with internal stakeholders and teams (marketing, customer support) to ensure cohesive communication strategies that align with user expectations.What you bring & who you are:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any relevant field.Proven experience in product management or ownership, particularly in online portals or mobile applications.Strong grasp of user experience and design principles, with the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with a collaborative team spirit.Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making.Experience ensuring compliance with governance and data protection policies.Fluent in English, with Spanish and/or German being advantageous.About the team:Joining Axpo means being part of a dynamic, innovative team committed to powering a sustainable future.
