You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You'll manage the maintenance and good condition of buildings and facilities. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, supply chain), supervise the execution of the Facilities Management contracts and much more. You'll specifically take care of managing and supervising the maintenance and optimization of plant assets (buildings and facilities) always respecting the defined legal and safety requirements and plant policies/strategies in relation to EHS and optimization of industrial means.We'll look to you for:Monitor performance in accordance with established objectives and goals.Support the diagnosis of incidents, as well as develop and follow up improvement action plans.Support the construction of new infrastructures and facilities and the definition of new maintenance scopes.Manage works for new implementations or evolutions that impact infrastructure, buildings, energy supply and facilities.
