You will be part of the team working in the one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry.In this role you will act as Site Manager being responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations in AMR facilities in Madrigalejo del Monte, Burgos, delivering products, systems, and services to customers and meeting the business objectives while complying with applicable processes and regulations.Reporting to the Global Manufacturing Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating the different functions of the organization working in the area.This position reports toManufacturing Unit ManagerYour responsibilitiesInternal management of the different sites, keeping proper working conditions and ensuring the HSE processes and integrity performanceOptimization of the warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilizationCoordination of the different departments needs regarding space usage and required servicesDeveloping and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks. Recommends measures to improve performanceMaterial Flow control: delivery forecast, production supply Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities (certification, maintenance, calibration)Management of shipping companies and subcontracts (access, on-site works) Your backgroundFrom 2 to 5 years of experience working in warehouse environment preferrable in production or logistics related activities, with at least 3 years in coordination/ management responsibilities A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelinesStrong leadership skills. Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skillsSolid knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory Management and material flowsExperience in managing external suppliersUser level knowledge in IT tools.
