They will be required to develop and analyze totally integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules.Recommend solutions or recovery plans to schedule or cost impact or delays. Required weekly and monthly reporting as assigned.We utilize tools such as Master Schedules, Risk Framework, Quality Checklists and Schedule Health Scorecards, and are hands-on with the PMs in the field, and with the General Contractor with our tools and analysis.This results in Schedule Predictability driving overall delivery efficiencies.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the field location.This role is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field experienceExperience in planning medium sized capital projects in data center, oil and gas or chemicals (or related process industry).This experience should specifically include engineering and procurement, with specific examples of integrated construction planning.Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.Excellent skills in Oracle P6 project planning softwareFamiliarity with Risk Schedule Analysis.Ability to analyze EPC plans / schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations.Other RequirementsGood verbal, written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups.Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
