Our data center construction team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality data centers for our cloud services.As we continue to revolutionize the way construction projects are planned, managed, and executed, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team.This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our product.The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes within our construction organization. Working collaboratively with our construction team, procurement, and engineering teams, you will ensure that our day-to-day execution adheres to our processes and project parameters and ensure conformance, meeting the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.In your role you will report directly to the Regional Construction Lead and work across all projects in the Region to ensure consistency in the QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) program and will be matrixed to the construction quality team and work with our center of excellence and central quality organization as well.This opportunity will also allow you to work directly with our central quality team and collaborate with our center of excellence, accelerating your career growth.You will have an opportunity to help mature our site quality processes into a comprehensive QAQC program. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals.Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.QualificationsRequired QualificationsExperience : Proven experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) construction, construction quality manager, commissioning expertise, quality control testing, preferably in data center construction or industrial construction reliant on specific installation practices and adherence.Technical Skills : Proficient in using Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM (building information modeling), Bluebeam, and construction software tools as needed.Proficient in using data analytics and internal reporting tools, such as PowerBI, Compass Cx and other statistical inference tools.Analytical mindset : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
