Ensure strong governance practices are in place for project to highlight success and manage risk to delivery. Responsible for communication of development progress to internal and external stakeholders. - Build business cases and collaborate on the creation of the commercialization plans working closely with finance, marketing, and others to develop the plans. Deeply understand customer behavior and revenue/cost drivers as it relates to the overall profitability. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and market development to develop strategies and execute tactics to drive product adoption and success. Collaborate on development of campaigns to attract new customers and increase share of wallet through progressive pricing, trial and conversion tactics. - Monitor ongoing performance of products. Evaluate product performance and customer feedback and provide insight to product/content/platform development teams to refine future product releases and roadmap decisions.
