Spherical is looking for a Social Media Manager to assist in the creation, curation and execution of content for Spherical's hospitality, travel and real estate clients. Spherical's social media creative team has a passion for making beautiful, impactful visual content that tells a story and gets people engaged. The ideal candidate has a strong visual style, and can effectively translate branding and marketing strategies into exceptional creative social media content. This person will be working closely with the Social Media Creative Manager to guide the Social Media Creative Coordinators to help them bring the energy and aesthetic of the client to life through innovative content ideas.
Responsibilities: Work closely with social media, creative and client services teams to curate and develop social media content calendarsOversee Social Media Creative Coordinators to develop and/or revise monthly social media content calendars for clientsSupport with content strategy with the purpose of storytellingUnderstanding input from creative leadership and clients, and effectively revising calendars based on feedbackProvide support on Instagram story design, asset graphic design, and social media video editingWork with project management team to monitor status of deliverablesFind opportunities to be creative and innovative with an informed point of view, providing recommendations to internal team regularlyStay relevant in the industry – explore new platforms, innovations and tools and attend appropriate industry events and provide proactive ideas to clientsAssist in proposal and campaign creation for new and existing clientsQualifications: 3+ years experience in social media content creationFluent in content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, PinterestAbility to articulate and present concepts, and understand how data translates into content optimizationAbility to prioritize work when working on multiple clients or tasksDrive for testing, innovating, pushing the limits of creativityAbility to execute creative work on brief and on deadline, effectively and efficientlyProactive, driven, and engaged individual with strong organizational skillsProven working experience with project management framework and accountability#J-18808-Ljbffr
