As Software Developer, you'll own the design and technical implementation of new customer access management self-service features, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to making the solution end-to-end successful as part of a DevSecOps team. About the team The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. The Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team manages access of B2B (business-to-business) partners to Swiss Re's applications and services. We're looking for an experienced software engineer who will help to improve access management solutions for Swiss Re customers by designing and implementing back-end elements.
In your role, you will… Design and implement features and components for Swiss Re's B2B Identity & Access Management landscape Ensure technical design is in line with architecture and meets security and quality requirements Work with QA colleagues to ensure solutions meet high expectations for reliability and availability Contribute to technical documentation and DevOps support of the solution Nobody meets 100% of our requirements.
