Lead a team of software developers in developing, and deploying cutting edge software solutions using Agile methodologies.? Utilize project management tools such as Jira to effectively manage project workflows, sprints, and backlogs.? Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.? Lead the software development lifecycle, focusing on development, testing, and deployment.? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.? Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and plan development sprints.? Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.? Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.Requirements:? Flawless English communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts is essential.? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.? 5+ years of experience in software development.? 2+ years of experience leading software development teams in Agile environments.? Extensive experience with Node.js, React, MySQL, MongoDB, Git, WebSockets, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).? Familiarity with microservices architecture and related technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh) (a plus).? AWS certification (a plus).? Prior experience working with US-based management (a plus)?
