How to contribute to our vision For our SW development team within the SCADA department, we are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Software Developer. The SCADA team is a part of the bigger Power Plant Solutions department with employees in Spain, Denmark, Germany and India.
Going forward we are aiming for a microservice-oriented architecture connected by a middleware layer and taking advantage of containerization. The software development follows agile methods and continuous delivery principles.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
New development and maintenance of our products and supporting toolsSoftware development following agile methods and under continuous delivery principles (SAFe)Prepare documentation in English  What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree related to Computer Science, SW Engineering or System Engineering in combination with e xtensive knowledge and working experience (5+ years) in:
Visual Studio, C#, .NET and .Net CoreWeb development: AngularUnit testing and behavior driven developmentObject oriented analysis and designIt will be an advantage if you also have knowledge of the following:
Git/GitLabClient/server systems & SQLDocker/KubernetesREST APIs (JSON)Cyber-security or secure development principlesScaled Agile development (SCRUM/SAFe)Good English skills . Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result-oriented approach.
