If you'd like to hear more about it, watch our short video:This Software Engineering Intern will contribute to the development of the Audiences and Networks side of the UserTesting platform, and help ensure our customers are connected to the right participants providing their insights on products and experiences. As we grow into a truly global company, we want to enhance the ecosystem that makes possible for the UserTesting customers to connect with any audience, getting feedback fast and easy. Our purpose is to gather diverse perspectives,from the UserTesting Contributor Network in just a few hours, or connect with the customer's own commercial networks, partners, or employees, and more-all through the UserTesting platform with the best insights from our Networks.You will be working with both front-end and back-end technologies, in a full stack position, with help from our software engineering team. We would like you to become confident in programming in a dynamic and functional manner and get up-close experience in large-scale application development.This is what you will be doing:Delivering software for the UserTesting Audiences and Sourcing NetworkFull-stack software engineering in a microservices environment at scaleCollaborating with other engineers from within and outside the teamWhat we are looking for:- Abilities in front-end and/or back-end technologies (modern Javascript,Typescript, Node.Js).Confidence in a multi-paradigm functional language, with a flexible and dynamic ecosystem.Interest in microservices, domain driven development and event-driven architectures.Understanding of software quality, testing and best practices.Good verbal and written English communication skills
