The researcher's work will be related to project management.Your ContributionYou will form part of a state-of-the-art research centre, geared to sustainability and the circular economy, which has helped electrify Spain's roads and is now working towards 100% future sustainability. The developer will join the Energy Materials Unit, working on the development of battery technologies. They must be capable of carrying out several lines of work simultaneously, optimizing resources and maximizing results. Work with teams at the very highest level in local, national and European settings.Education: PhD in Electrochemistry / Physics / Material ScienceLanguages: EnglishKnowledge: Excellent knowledge of technical electrochemistry, advanced batteries, and material science. 3+ years of direct experience in the lithium battery R&D environment (SSB, Li-ion, Li-metal etc.). Conceptualization of the R&D activities in the field of cell development and characterization. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience on assembly, manipulation and comprehensive testing of coin and pouch cells. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience on main electrochemical (EIS, CV, galvanostatic cycling etc.) and physical-chemical (FE-SEM, XRD, FTIR, XPS etc.) characterization methods.
