You have a boutique hospitality mentality and an eye for detail. But mostly, you're ready to do the work and are an active communicator who will bring together a network of partners and stakeholders.Tasks- Support day-to-day operations to achieve social and economic goals, including customer satisfaction, occupancy and revenue, and cost control- Manage and develop the Asset Executive team to ensure career progression and development- Process development and optimization of a "Unique Living Experience" with Home & Co- Managing the ongoing profitability of the Asset, ensuring revenue and tenant satisfaction targets are met and exceeded- Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
