Spanish Speaking Property Manager For Rental Villas In Ibiza, Spain – Start Asap

HNW family is on the hunt for a proficiently experienced property manager for their luxury villas in Ibiza.The family currently own 5 properties which are used for various means. The property manager will be predominantly responsible for three villas which are used for renting or personal use by the family, with the other two properties being used for storage and undergoing construction so will need to be overseen periodically.
Therefore, the bulk of the role is twofold, consisting of looking after the family in their personal villa which they visit approximately 6 – 8 times a year in short stints as well as managing the rented villas and the guests that stay throughout the year.
The candidate will be responsible for all management, including but not limited to:
Management & oversee all properties; ensuring consistency of standards, procedures, and services at all timesManagement of rental bookings, check in's / out's, guests and agent liaison.Liaise with third party partners and contractors as appropriate to ensure routine and ad hoc services are being maintained to the agreed standardsWork with the Private PA as necessary to recruit, train and upskill employees and team membersTo oversee, track and work with the Private PA to make sure rental invoices are issued and paid via the agents or direct as appropriateActing as the main point of contact for all guests and the clients when visitingDealing with and managing inventories of the villasTo ensure 24/7 365 security of the properties (alarms and locks etc)The ideal candidate will be energetic, dynamic, and ideally had experience with managing very high-end rental properties. This is to ensure they have knowledge of the rental market and understand how to deal with high end properties with exclusive interiors consisting of antique furnishings and high spec finishes not to mention managing the guests and adhering to all their needs during their stays.
Due to the nature of the role, the candidate will need to be a diligent worker who is ambitious, can work well under pressure and happy to work long hours whilst being on call as requested during high season.
You must have a European Passport, Spanish speaker and some property management experience to apply.
