We are looking for unique talent to join our innovative e-learning company, specialising in online English courses for Italians. If you are passionate about teaching and you possess a basic level of Italian, you might be the ideal candidate for our dynamic team. Role: We are seeking TUTORS with natural charisma and engaging skills to conduct online English lessons. Our courses are designed to provide an exciting and fun educational experience, with the aim of teaching English to Italian students through entertainment and interaction. Responsibilities: Lead online group lessons for more than 50 students, 4 times a week in Italian time. Create an engaging and dynamic learning environment, using your experience in animation or similar experiences to entertain and motivate students. Actively collaborate with the team for the constant improvement of the courses. Contribute to students' personal and professional development, guiding them towards achieving fluency in English. What we look for: Basic knowledge of Italian Previous experience in roles that require charisma and the ability to engage with the public, such as animation or similar. Passion for teaching and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. Motivation to help students achieve their English learning goals in a fun and interactive way. Experience in public speaking, with the ability to effectively communicate and captivate large audiences.
