Your areas of responsibilities: Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including tax filings, reporting, and documentation requirements Prepare and review tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, and tax compliance workpapers in accordance with local statutory requirements Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and calculations to ensure compliance with local regulations Analyze and interpret international tax treaties, laws, and regulations to assess the impact on the company's tax positions and operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and external tax advisors, to support tax planning initiatives and transactions Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including tax authorities and auditors, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration Your profile of qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in international tax accounting and compliance, with good understanding of international tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing tax compliance issues Fluent in English, German or other language is beneficial
