We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a SQL / ETL Developer (Data Management) you will define and develop informational products, models and program backlog, understanding requirements and providing functional and technical support for customers aligned to the Santander Agile Framework and agile best practices.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :Development of the informational product model, program backlog and participate in its complete lifecycle (deployment, quality tests, support and incident resolution)Ensure service availability and Service Level Agreements within thresholds.Identification and analysis of new requirements needed for the implementation of new developments and enhancements. Fine tuning sessions with the usersIdentification and analysis of processes.Data availability from its origin to the user layer including ETLs and data disposition for optimal performance according to the consumption needs.Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.Participating in PI - Planning and creating Iteration plans and Team PI Objective.Developing and committing to Team PI Objectives and Iteration goals.EXPERIENCEAt least years in development of informational applicationsNice to have : experience in definition and administration of Service Management, Business Apps and Configuration Management Data BasesEDUCATIONTechnical Degree in computer science, engineering or similar.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEDeep knowledge of SQL and ETLs.Knowledge about Big Data models.Experience working with agile methodologies
