Pfizer Sr. Manager, Site Finance Lead in Bothell , United States Senior Manager, Site Finance Lead for the North Creek Site is the site finance leader. The Senior Manager, Site Finance Lead is an integral member of the Drug Substance Finance team and supports to the PGS Network. Will partner with the other DS Finance Leads to integrate into the Cluster. The position provides leadership with month-end-close activities, budgeting, forecasting, actual reporting, fixed asset management, Financial Controls and standard costing. The role requires an individual who is capable of driving efficiency through continuous improvement of operational and financial processes, while working in a complex, matrix environment and managing competing priorities. The role Business Partners with key Site Leadership Colleagues to help ensure all site objectives are achieved. The scope includes financial support of total Cost of Goods Sold from the site, operating expenses and capital budgets, and requires the ability to interact with all levels of site and above site colleagues to achieve the necessary business results in a transparent and ethical manner.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for monthly close processes: journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysisGMX - (standard cost/transfer price system)Lead annual material and overhead standard cost updates.
