Our opportunityYou will be part of Change Delivery Service team within Investment Solutions (Investment Admin & Accounting function). The team is responsible for the delivery of all changes related to IAA core systems.The team is working in a self-organized dedicated approach and has all the required roles to deliver a project in the Dedicated Team.The team is empowered to organize their work, to manage project backlog, priority and resources.Your roleAs a Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master your main responsibilities will involveManages and delivers multiple projects, small & medium sized in the area of Investment Accounting & AdministrationFacilitates and coordinates completion of its agreed deliverables with the project teamResponsible for the overall quality of project deliverables and removing any impediments to delivery the project on quality, time and budgetManages the dependencies internal and external to the projectCommunicates effectively with project stakeholders, customers and leadership team to manage expectation and outcomeEnsure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information to enable effective decision making and ensure successful project outcomes.Adheres to the overall Zurich Project Management Framework and PMO's governance (project charter, project budget and funding, risk / issue management, project plan, change request, status updates, etc)Your Skills and ExperienceAs a Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master, your skills and qualifications will ideally include :At least 10-15 years of project management experience, managing large, multi-functions, multi-geography projects in Financial Institution companiesAt least 3-5 years of experience managing scrum / agile projectsPMP or other project management certificationAgile / Scrum certificationAbility to adapt to Zurich preferred project management toolExperience in managing distributed project teams in a multi-cultural environmentGood knowledge of investment instruments and investment accounting processesStrong communication and presentation skills and experience in working with C-levelFluent English is a mustExperience in applying different project management methodologies (i.e. waterfalls, scrum, agile etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
