You will act as an expert and guardian for our customers based on your specific knowledge of the IT and business processes. The role will require to:In your role you are expected to perform Pega Functional QA competencies, such as:·Planning & Coordination skills·Review QE&A processes and procedures in-place, recommend improvements and define actions plan to implement them.·Leads and delivers cutting edge test automation solutions that have a direct impact on increasing the quality of solution, while decreasing the time it takes to test it.·Ability to collaborate across multiple teams as well as ensure necessary coordination of test activities across teams.·The ability to collaborate broadly with all relevant parties in the program (PM, PO, Scrum Master, stakeholder, testers, etc.)·Pragmatic approach to tools and methods and ability to make recommendations based on experience.·Coaching to teams and helping them to accomplish the client needs. Helping the QA community to grow and expand the knowledge inside and outside Cognizant.·Direct contact with clients and developers.
