We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as Station Manager for Ground Operations at Alicante Airport.As our Station Manager, you will have overall operational and management accountability for the Jet2.com Ground Operations Team based at Alicante Airport. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the operation as well as the delivery of our famous VIP Customer Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our business!Key responsibilities will include - Providing guidance and leadership to ensure colleagues and suppliers deliver and exceed Jet2.com standards for Safety, Customer Service, cost management, and ancillary revenues.Leading the Ground Operations Management Team, ensuring that our customer promise is consistently delivered, and required standards are achieved.Be accountable for productive business activity and reportingEnabling your teams to work together to deliver a first-class customer service at the airport.Building strong working relationships locally and partnering closely with stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and airport management as well as key stakeholders across the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays business.What are they key skills/experience you'll already have?The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. You will have a proven track record in leading and developing large, high performing airport teams. You will have operated at a senior level within an airport environment, ideally leading both customer facing and airside operational teams.
