The Role of Stewarding Manager: We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Stewarding Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Mallorca at Formentor, Spain! Reporting into our Food and Beverage Director, you will work closely together to ensure the organization and sanitation of all kitchens, storage areas, employee dining room and receptacle/compactor rooms. Works effectively with all employees and managers ensuring operational needs are met and controls labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting and purchasing decisions. Our Ideal Stewarding Manager candidate will have: Two to three years previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage management positions. Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
