In this role you'll be responsible for managing the relationship with new Demand360 product customers internationally, helping them onboard and ensure customer satisfaction and usage through education and hands-on training. You will also lead go-to-market responsibilities for new Business Intelligence (BI) data partnerships, working closely with the global BI Partnership team, sales, marketing, and product teams.
In this role your main responsibilities will be to: 1. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Demand360 customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from contract signing to product activation. You will review contracts, validate data quality and integrity, and deliver customized training sessions to meet customer needs.
2. Provide proactive and responsive support and guidance to existing Demand360 customers, helping them leverage the full potential of the product and addressing any issues or queries promptly.
3. Monitor and report on customer usage, satisfaction, and retention metrics, and identify opportunities for increasing value, upselling, cross-selling, or renewing contracts.
4. Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new BI data partnerships globally, working closely with the global BI Partnership team, sales, marketing, and product teams.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the BI data partner organizations, and act as the main point of contact for any partnership-related matters.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new BI data partnership opportunities and trends and provide feedback and insights to the product team. Stay abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the BI data industry, and communicate the value proposition and competitive advantage of Demand360 to potential partners.
About the ideal candidate: *Demonstrable and substantial experience in hotel revenue management, business intelligence, or data analytics.
* Proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships, delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
*Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred; familiarity with the Demand360 product a plus.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
*Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
