With your expertise, we can achieve great goals together.To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a Strategic Category Manager Nutra .Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the strategic management of the products of the Bioingredients Business Unit, in the food supplements and personal care portfolio, assuming the following functions:Develop a global strategy, in collaboration with the Director of Global Product Management & Sales of BioIngredients to carry out a strategic planning of the products of the above-mentioned portfolio.Lifecycle improvement measures for existing products, e.G., developing new markets, new applications of existing products, market intelligence of the product line.Product registration from a commercial perspective, working together with the regulatory department, in the target markets.Effectively lead studies of the connections between existing products and potential new applications.Research and management of intellectual property for the assigned product portfolio.Ensure sustainable management of BioIngredients products in target markets.In coordination with marketing, collaborate on marketing campaigns to present the products in each market.Liaison with the supply chains and laboratories of different factories of the group.Your profileScience-based university education (Health Sciences, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy).At least 5 years of experience in product development and commercialization in the field of food supplements.Experience in international environments and different markets.Very high level of English.Ability to analyze complex scientific data.High level of proactivity, independence and analytical skills.Extensive knowledge of EU and FDA regulations.Understanding of the production process and product life cycle.You can find an overview of benefits at WACKER on our careers page.As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
